HB1437 This Bill wants more restrictions on level 3 & 4, making where they can't go withing 100 of a water park, swimming area, or childeren's playground withing an Arkansas state park or a plublic park.
SENATE:

How to find a bill: Click HERE Make sure you check the box for 94th General Assembly. Then type in SEX, Offender, or any other word, But sex is the best one to use in the "from there you should see the list of bills that have been filled.
Who to write to: You can write to all the people that are listed as a sponser of the bill, and everyone on the House or Senate Judiciary committee.
Helpfull hints when writing the legislature:
- Keep your message as short as possible, about 100 words or less. (that is about 2 paragraph.) They don't have time to read a book.
- If you want to send to multiple peple at once... MAKE SURE you BCC to them. They don't like to see that you have emailed everyone. They like to feel special.
- You can send an email or text. If you send a text just write "VOTE NO ON HB????.
- If you are not comforable writing a letter, you can send a simple email. In the subject line, all you have to write is "VOTE NO on HB????. The more people we can get to send email or text the better. if you have more then one number or email, use them all.
- You need to make sure you send a sperator email for EACH bill. You can not group it all together.
